Also, i think the plunger i got helps alot in putting these moonies in right shape! I may succumb to artifical flavourings, but i'm trying hard to avoid them at the moment.

Hi Kitchen Corner,
Tks, actually these moonies are photogenic i.e. they look better in picture ;-)

Hi Honey Bee Sweets,
Tks, and I'm glad that these moonies 'attracted' you!quizzinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06149733110076205575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5008398286838545422.post-71071336679029909582009-10-01T00:20:41.261+08:002009-10-01T00:20:41.261+08:00This comment has been removed by the author.quizzinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06149733110076205575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5008398286838545422.post-81774597266203731292009-09-30T13:42:13.673+08:002009-09-30T13:42:13.673+08:00Very pretty! Like you I try not to use any artificial flavourings, I used milk/juices, but the taste is just not distinct enough. So, I bought a bottle of mango flavouring to try, just a few drops makes the difference, but again, if too much, the mooncake will taste artificial :(
Happy Mooncake Festival!Happy Homebakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15310704979379806678noreply@blogger.com
